Vrouwenpolder is a nice cozy village next to one of the widest beaches of The Netherlands, the Northsea and the Veerse Meer (lake). Surrounding the village you find other idyllic places as Veere, the capital of Zeeland; Middelburg and Domburg. All drivable by bicycle on short distance.
In the center of Vrouwenpolder you will find a wide variation of nice restaurants, clothing stores, tourist shops, a bakery and a fresh fish store.
The beach-boulevard starting from the center connects the village with the beach. Along this road you will find some nice restaurants like The Mex, Brasserie Dune with Duinhotel Breezand and Hotel Duinoord.
